I messaged the seller before my purchase to make sure I could have it exactly as I wanted it. I got a response almost immediately. I put in my order the next day. It didn’t take but a day or two for them to send me the design to make sure I liked it. Once I approved that they got right to work. All in all it took about a week from the time I ordered until the time I got it in my hand! Shipping was super fast.
