Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. A 5% fee of the order total will be retained to cover payment processing and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days (timeline may vary by financial institution). To cancel, email sales@barrel-art.com.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition. Contact us first to initiate a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Shipping, Returns & Order Policy for full details.

If your product arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we will send a replacement or issue a partial or full refund. Please contact us and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.
